The brainchild of four friends with a passion for great homemade French food just as mother makes at home, the restaurant is humorously translates to “mummy’s boys”. Based in what was once the famous Paparazzi restaurant, Les Fils à Maman still boasts the red frontage that made its predecessor so well known. Inside the décor is warming and comfortable and the ambience is relaxed and homely. Once a month the mother’s of the 4 owners pop in to cook up a special and regular diners fill the tables to see what’s cooking. The rest of the time, Rostang trained Etienne Liberge takes the reigns of the kitchen and creates dishes such as salmon tartar with cranberry confit and lime zest, Argentinean entrecote steak with homemade fries and filet mignon with cardamom and honey. The restaurant also holds some great theme evenings as well as barbecues. Les Fils à Maman has gained a loyal following since its opening and has proved to be quite a success.
