Jet Lag is a funky American restaurant in the Les Halles area of Paris right in the heart of the city. This trendy eatery is a lively and fun place, the walls are adorned with kitsch Andy Warhol prints and there are plasma screens showing video clips from the 50’s through to the 90’s. It’s unique situation over two streets means that it captures two different moods, the terrace overlooking the Saint Eustache church creates an almost romantic feel whereas the terrace on the rue Montorgueil side, a busy, bustling street, has more of a party atmosphere. The menu includes all the American favourites- burgers, fajitas, salads, club sandwiches, huge desserts etc and the wine list offers varieties from all over the world. There is an excellently priced midday menu of 13.90 Euros which includes either a starter and main course or a main and dessert plus drink and the ample brunches at weekends are really popular. Jet Lag is also a great party venue where many a stag and hen night have been held. The vibe here is fun fun fun.
