Found in the very centre of Strasbourg, close to the Place Kléber, is the chic French restaurant Brasserie Flo. This busy Strasbourg eatery opened its doors in 2007 and has proved to be a popular choice amongst both visitors to the city and residents alike with its imaginative menu that cleverly combines both modern and classic French and Alsatian cooking. Brasserie Flo has been carefully decorated to reflect the Art Nouveau style with a huge stained glass dome, glass decorations on the walls and ceilings, large palm trees in the centre and smart leather banquettes. The waiters are dressed in formal uniforms and service is excellent. The menu offers a good variety of dishes with both French and German influences making an appearance.
