Try the house specials such as suckling pig, stuffed and spit roasted, served with homemade mashed potatoes and smoked bacon or cod with tapenade, Aix-en-Provence and sundried tomatoes. The desserts are well worth a mention too such as pressed apples with gingerbread and an apricot coulis or waffles with crème brulee and maple syrup.
