Owner Luc Morand, inspired by his travels, has created a beautiful interior, with wild exotic colours and gentle lighting, with all sort of interesting bits and bobs from far flung places adorning the dining room. There is an air of subtle elegance about Bouillon des Colonies, the décor is unusual but by no means garish at all. As for the food, the flavours and spices are like nothing you have ever tried before, with dishes such as chicken yassa, confit of lamb with cumin aubergines or chicken tagine with lemons and olives featuring on an innovative international menu.
